Staff was very rude messed up my payment for a week told me they could not accommodate me and my stay that I have to wait a week for my payment because they messed the stay

I didn't like the fact I had a room next to someone with a dog. It smelled bad and I woke up really sore

Seedy… found a man sitting on steps in stairwell zoning out on drugs of some sort… Toilet not working… rack falling off wall… these issues mended but not fixed… cards kept demagnetizing… couldn’t open door to room.. Mattress shot…broken cracked windows…kitchenette not supplied… you had to ask for everything… no stopper in sinks…auto door to enter motel not working… doors heavy of course and push back against you as you are trying to navigate large cases… just a lot little stuff that kept mounting and made it a not so pleasan... read more

The hotel does not have dishes upon request like advertised my 1st term smelled like cigarettes had to move to another room then had to be moved again because the toilet wasn't working had to wait A-day for dishes
