The hotel does not have dishes upon request like advertised my 1st term smelled like cigarettes had to move to another room then had to be moved again because the toilet wasn't working had to wait A-day for dishes

Was put into room … within 15 minutes had to ask for another room. There was loud thumping from room above. Requested a new room … Was moved to a smaller room … credited $10! Smaller room was on lower level- loud noises from room next door … could hear all noises from parking lot … couldn’t open window at all coz of privacy…

When it came time to check in nobody was at the front desk, my room had to be downgraded because the one I booked was already in use, The next room was dirty had socks and things under the bed, Had people upstairs yelling bumping etc
