Disappointing It was nice to have a kitchen unit but there were no utensils or plates or pans etc. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for equipment. Crazy. Beds were old and hard and uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping any of the nights that we stayed. I wouldn’t recommend it

No achievements my messages to hotel by Expedia app . And 5days stay my book but just one day book on hotel from Expedia to hotel . And no clean room and no hospitality staffs. Bud receptionist! No way !

The carpets were ragged, breakfast was sparse, had a terribly noisy neighbor.

Dieses Hotel ist total heruntergekommen, Zimmer verdreckt, Decken verfleckt, Bettwäsche sah nicht frisch aus. Lärm und Kindergeschrei die ganze Nacht, zwielichtiges Publikum, Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt..Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine ,Geschirr, Frühstück zum Abholen in der Lobby. Personal unfreundlich, Check in unmöglich, keine Begrüssung, inkompetent, nicht.behilflich bei einfachen Fragen. Echt das Letzte.

The room was filthy. Crumbs on the floor and chair, the refrigerator looked as if it was never cleaned. The towels had a musty smell to them.

The WiFi didn't work. Why advertise that you have free WiFi when it DOES NOT WORK. I was in town for job interviews so an internet connection was mandatory. The room was never cleaned while I was there. No fresh towels, no replacing soaps and shampoos. No service at all. There was not even enough coffee and muffins during their "free breakfast". Why wouldn't the coffee be ready to go? I won't be returning.
