I am so frustrated with this property. I checked in at 3pm and immediately I’m upon entering the room I noticed a filthy toilet with feces slashed everywhere. I have pictures for proof. I immediately called the front desk and requested housekeeping come clean. I then left for 4 hours for my nephew birthday party and upon my return I noticed that no one had been in to clean. The entire place was dark and dirty. The elevator was disgusting and the staff were rude when there were issues. The room was also dirty and smelled like the previous guests who stayed in the room. The bathroom was also disgusting with bugs in the towels, black chunks on the floor and front of the toilet and red stains on the counter. Floors were dirty as well and the hallways stink like weed smoke constantly. Breakfast is not available as booking says it’s included. I booked two beds but they gave me one with pull out. The bed is dirty.

The room wasn't adequately stocked with shampoo or soap. Forgot a toothbrush they didn't have any available. Bed did not have a bed skirt and the air worked intermittently.
