Shower was completely clogged.... Not much good to say about it...

The entire place was dark and dirty. The elevator was disgusting and the staff were rude when there were issues. The room was also dirty and smelled like the previous guests who stayed in the room. The bathroom was also disgusting with bugs in the towels, black chunks on the floor and front of the toilet and red stains on the counter. Floors were dirty as well and the hallways stink like weed smoke constantly. Breakfast is not available as booking says it’s included. I booked two beds but they gave me one with pull out. The bed is dirty.

The room wasn't adequately stocked with shampoo or soap. Forgot a toothbrush they didn't have any available. Bed did not have a bed skirt and the air worked intermittently.

We when first got in, the room we reserved was taken. Then when we finally got our room we got a full size instead of a queen which we had to downsize too. Then we checked the bed and there was a BEDBUG in the bed!!!! We have to leave 2hrs after arriving and it was our ANNIVERSARY We were sick to our stomachs!!!!!
