The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, however, the room itself was absolutely filthy, we had a pup with us and in the first 20 mins of being in the room she had found an old piece of a headphone, a grape and a piece of something big, squishy and old, still don’t know what it was, just disgusting. There was old stains of sticky liquid on the counter and the water in the shower was boarderline cold, it would get hot and then cold for a few seconds. Don't ever stay here, I made the mistake, don't! This place is not at par with so many places I stay, front desk not courteous, room dirty, damaged furniture, I was told to change bedsheets myself. Angry front desk, slow and unfriendly. Watch this space, their manager will apologize as usual and ask to give them another chance. Staying here was my mistake not theirs, read reviews properly prior to booking which places.

Crackheads running around & unprofessional staff I work in automotive and I traveled all over the world and stayed in a lot of different hotels. By far this hotel was the worse I ever stayed in. The staff was very unprofessional and even though the check in is at 3 PM my room wasn't ready until 5:45 PM. When I brought up the room not being ready, staff told me "This hotel is not the only one around and you aint got to stay here!". That was a line I have never heard before from a hotel employee. Bedding was not changed. Housekeeping could not understand basic English and was extremely rude. Finally had to change our own sheets and pillow case. Prior sheets and pillowcases were staind and had hairs on them from prior guests. Would of left the hotel immediately if it weren’t for the late hour. Never again. Disgusting!!!

Horrible Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Dirty rooms and very rude staff. Room had sticky substance on carpet.When I infromed the front desk personnel they acted as if it was a issue to give me a new room. Every person who works at the front desk has a attitude when asked for anything such ad new key, dishes, change for wash,checkin in etc.....They Charged a card with out permission for a stay that had already paid for. This property is a piece of junk. The room stunk, the woman working the front desk was rude, and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Thank God we only needed a room for one night. Do not stay at this place if you can help it.
