When I requested the standard dishes and cutlery package at the front desk, the clerk was brusque and said to come back in 5 minutes since she wasn't signed in yet (?) After returning from my room away down the hall I repeated my request to the same clerk and she pointed to a sign stating an 11pm deadline. All she had to do was step into a room and hand me the dishes (15 seconds?) which she could have done the first time. Leaving the items in the room would be easier yet,

Location is trashy. Someone grilling food in parking lot on a trailer. Loiterers in lobby.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, however, the room itself was absolutely filthy, we had a pup with us and in the first 20 mins of being in the room she had found an old piece of a headphone, a grape and a piece of something big, squishy and old, still don’t know what it was, just disgusting. There was old stains of sticky liquid on the counter and the water in the shower was boarderline cold, it would get hot and then cold for a few seconds. Definitely don’t recommend this place, or Detroit for that matter... read more

Don't ever stay here, I made the mistake, don't! This place is not at par with so many places I stay, front desk not courteous, room dirty, damaged furniture, I was told to change bedsheets myself. Angry front desk, slow and unfriendly. Watch this space, their manager will apologize as usual and ask to give them another chance. Staying here was my mistake not theirs, read reviews properly prior to booking which places.

Crackheads running around & unprofessional staff I work in automotive and I traveled all over the world and stayed in a lot of different hotels. By far this hotel was the worse I ever stayed in. The staff was very unprofessional and even though the check in is at 3 PM my room wasn't ready until 5:45 PM. When I brought up the room not being ready, staff told me "This hotel is not the only one around and you aint got to stay here!". That was a line I have never heard before from a hotel employee.
