Bedding was not changed. Housekeeping could not understand basic English and was extremely rude. Finally had to change our own sheets and pillow case. Prior sheets and pillowcases were staind and had hairs on them from prior guests. Would of left the hotel immediately if it weren’t for the late hour. Never again. Disgusting!!!

Horrible Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Dirty rooms and very rude staff. Room had sticky substance on carpet.When I infromed the front desk personnel they acted as if it was a issue to give me a new room. Every person who works at the front desk has a attitude when asked for anything such ad new key, dishes, change for wash,checkin in etc.....They Charged a card with out permission for a stay that had already paid for. This property is a piece of junk. The room stunk, the woman working the front desk was rude, and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Thank God we only needed a room for one night. Do not stay at this place if you can help it.

No water for 8 hours, and then the power also went out. Manager was rude, said the water issue wasn’t his fault, and only offered 15% off.

The desk staff at check in and check out (Emily) was very pleasant and helpful, especially when after checking in I found the room had not been properly cleaned (spillage on counters, bed spread rumpled, hair strand on bathroom floor, mold along rubber seals of fridge. Horrific! Fuesrt in room had smoked cigarettes! Housekeeping reported it to. manager who fraudulently charged me $250, for prior guest!
