There were multiple rooms that had roaches, dead and alive. I understand that people stay there for extended amounts of time but there should be an exterminator to spray twice/three times a weeks. Its terrible. I thank God that the lady at the front desk was so understanding and very helpful. She is actually the best thing/person that works at that hotel.

Floor in our room was dirty & sticky. The headboard & bedskirts were dirty and stained. Tv was broken. No batteries in remote.
