I have pictures of the absolute filth in the room. Also the staff I had to wait while they finished smoking to check in. Next morning the front desk wasn’t open at 8:30 in the morning??? How do you check out????

Not meeting expectation The room reeked of marijuana The whole place reeked of marijuana. I was there for work, and it stuck to my clothing, and I was almost subjected to a drug test. The room was not as clean as it should be, and for an extended stay. The amenities were not there. When asked about them, I was told there was a surcharge even for an extra towel. My mom and I came to stay at this hotel 2 nights in a row to give them a second chance ! We checked in and checked out both times. The first room we had the refrigerator looked like someone spit there dip all over it. There was toothpaste on the mirror and in the sink. An old dirty rag hanging over the shower rail and hair in the tub. The bed and room area were relatively clean.
