I only like the fact that I could cook. That’s it. There was black mold around the tub caulking. Sink in bath stayed backed up. Tub drained very slow. I saw 2 roaches and the window will not stay up while cooking as instructed

Just need updated things for the room. Better quality. My room smelled like smoke the entire time .

I didn’t even have the opportunity to stay at the location, the clerk at check in stated the hotel was overbooked and due to me booking through Expedia, she cancelled the reservation and was unable to contact me due to no cell phone number.. despite the cell phone number being a required field. Expedia made sure to charge me for the stay anyway, which I wish I could say was appreciated.

there were dogs staying above my room that were barking all night, the bathroom door in our room was broken and didn’t lock. the second floor reeked of marijuana and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

Upset Room was over booked and I drove far just to get there and room was over booked and when I contacted hotels.com you guys gave me a credit of $50 and I was told that when I book next room the credit will be applied only to find out the information was wrong I’m so upset with customer service giving me the wrong information and when I was unsure about how to get credit and called you guys I was not helped thru the process and when I realized I had paid more than what I expected for the next room the agent hung up on me

Reservation problem Charged me for 2 nights got there after 12 am room was sold & left no record i tried to check-in
