No available kitchen items despite signs saying they were…had to go buy dishes, utensils and cookware. Front desk person was rude and useless in providing any assistance or answering questions. The staff was very friendly and understanding when we had an issue with our room and resolved the problem with no argument or attitude. Our first room we were checked into looked like it had not been used for a while. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere and looked like someone had been eating in the room and not cleaning up crumbs or spills in the counter. Funny smell in the room and just all around not well kept. The second room we were checked into was at least clean.

Smells like smoke. Not clean with a general state of disrepair. Vending machines are unreliable. "Free breakfast" is a basket of smooshed granola bars. There isn't even a breakfast room.
