Check in was easy and pleasant. Later on, went to the front desk to ask for cups and the receptionist said they were “out” of cups. The mattress had a faint smell on urine. Honestly, won’t be staying here again.

Checked in was given a room that was not cleaned at all which then made the next room i was given look better but stll not clean other than the linens.

Terrible check in, lobby dirty and very uninviting, room run down, dirty carpet.

Wouldn’t board my dog here never mind recommend It’s in a very sketchy area when entering of the lobby it was pouring rain ,there’s no such thing as pull your car up under a cocered area to check in, must park and then walk in . one of the doors had yellow caution tape across , that should’ve been my first clue. Not happy Walked in the room bed wasnt changed or made bathroom sink was dirty toilet had pee in it and on it very disappointing
