Be Careful Dirty room, broken bed, very, very limited breakfast. I will never book here again

My job require me to travel a lot so I stayed at a lot of hotels. I normally go to the cheap once and I always expect cheap service which is okay, But I have never ever expect to have that bad experience. It is the dirtiest hotel room that I have ever seen in all the cheap hotels that I stayed at. I will never consider staying in any Extended Stay America or recommend it.

After awaking the next morning I noticed many bugs in the bed not sure if they were bed bugs or fleas since the hotel does allow pets. I do have bites all over my body. The manager did offer to give me money to launder my clothes and informed he would be getting an exterminator to come out. I also didn't like that my money was not immediately refunded staff said it would take 7-10 business days but it only took less than 10 seconds for my funds to be removed from my account. The room was in a very unsanitary condition. It was, actually down-right dirty, filthy, nasty, and old. For example: The refrigerator wasn't clean--it was disgusting. It was nasty. The toilet wasn't clean either (toilet seat and the rim). The mirror had dripped tooth-paste and other dried stains on both the mirror and the frame. There was a shampoo bottle, but no conditioner for guest. The towels, face-cloths, sheets and the dish towel had permanent stains (horrible). Nothing was unique about this property and I couldn't wait until check out time. The tv had a "blue screen of death" and what was really disturbing was the fact that they explained all the tv's in all of the rooms did not work. Beyond filthy!!!!!
