Free parking. Room was filthy, police were there when we arrived. Carpet had big pink wet stains, light fixtures did not work, no electrical outlets by the bed. Breakfast was terrible.

Sad Shame The staff was rude and not willing to help with cooking items i stayed 2 days my room wasn't clean and the place smelled really bad......i was wondering if it was a shelter or not it was a mess and i would not stay at any other hotels with this name affiliation.

Horrible experience .. carpet was no nasty , food mashed into carpet and hot sauce stains . My room was switch to the 2nd to 3rd floor where I was told that a different person cleans the room on each floor and the carpet was also disgusting on the 3rd floor and it smelled like urine . Dogs were barking all night and when I called to report it , because I couldn't identify the room it was coming from , she wasn't able to assist me with my complain .

The towels in the bathroom were very dingy. The chairs in the room had nasty brown stains

Rude and Crawling with Bugs!! Upon arrival the clerk was rude and nasty, not to mention lazy! I get to the room and someone's old rotten food is in the fridge, bugs crawling on the stove and in the bathroom, some even dead against the mirror!!! Yuck! I immediately returned to the front desk returned the key and informed them of these things. They just asked if I was still going to check in? Of course NOT! Tacky tacky tacky It is a good location and a Famous Daves BBQ restaurant next door is very good. BUT the hotel was dirty and they had the nerve to have you sign a statement saying you wouldn't smoke in the room. I had two rooms located next to each other on the 3rd floor. One smelled like someone smoked in it and the other smelled clean. Oh and the hallway smelled like dill pickle juice (very strange).
