Nice hotel but I had a dirty face towel why would they even fold that towel up and put it in a room for someone to use. It was hair in the refrigerator the tub I can tell wasn’t cleaned it was hair still in it like pubic hairs. I always wash the tub out anyway at hotels for this reason. And I also called front desk and asked for kitchen items she said give her 30 min and she never came up I had to go get the items a hour and half later. Bare bones. Very inadequate staffing of front desk, moved twice due to cigarette stench in rooms, inferior/cheap TV, no cable guide, minimal morning breakfast snack, etc.

Poor- very bad impression Very unprofessional, disrespectful staff. Upon check in, Michele, was verbally condescending, belittling and abusive. The first room was not even finished by housekeeping and the front desk staff's conduct very dismissive and couldn't care less. Overheard housekeeping commenting "who cares." Staff was helpful and nice, however, the rooms we were in smelled like smoke. The first room smelled like weed when we walked in and as we went to ask for a room change, the front desk said “let me guess, your room smelled like smoke” all I did was nod and they apologized and switched me room. The next room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was just a terrible environment to sleep in, but the staff was as helpful as possible

Never again There were no extra towels or blankets, when checking in th employee helping me was lending on the counter and had a head scarf on. Very unprofessional and the staff came across as lazy. Day of check out, house keeping bumbars into my room at 10:20am , without knocking just enters. I has left but my kids when there, no reason or explanation to why she entered my room when I called the front desk.

Worst hotel I’ve been too this year The hotel was ok it didn’t have any dishes in the rooms the people next door to us was loud at 3am smoking weed had music playing loud and I had to call the front desk three times for something to be done it was very disappointing
