Last minute booking is a scam I booked last minute (same day after check in time) before our flight was getting ready to take off. Our flight ended up being canceled and we didn't make it to our destination where the hotel is. Extended stay America would not refund my money even though it was not my fault that I couldn't check in due to my flight.
