Mala experiencia Regadera con gotera de agua, camas muy incomodqs y viejos colchones rechinan hadta los resortes, se mete olor a mariguana de cuartos vecinos y al caminar personas en la habitacion de arriba vibra el cielo de la habitacion.

Originally I had two nights booked, but due to a flight delay in Newark I missed my connecting flight from Dallas to El Paso. I spoke with someone at Expedia who assured me they had spoken with someone at the hotel at that my reservation would be held until the next day. When I arrived, however, the staff informed me I was marked as a no show and would have to speak with Expedia. First room we were given keys to, wasn't cleaned. Went back to desk and was given another room. TV didn't work, water pressure in toilet was very poor. Had to flush several times just using it once.

Pesimo hotel... Pesima, la habitacion ya estaba pagada, pero me solicitaron un deposito. Su terminal no aceptaba targetas de Mexico. Y a parte tube que esperar a que su sistema se reiniciara. Desde las 11pm que llege logre ingresar casi a la 1am.

It was super dirty and old and horrible smell It’s none smoke room but there was very bad and strong smoke smell

Breakfast consisted of coffee and a small muffin. I was expecting more. Not even fruit.
