Staff was friendly. The room wasn’t no toilet paper in the room had to get from staff, there was a hair on the pillow we noticed right away. Pillows were very small.

They literally had nothing for us to use to cook like it says on their website. They made a big deal about us asking for clean towels we were there for 4 days. And front desk was just rude. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there so getting to the 3rd floor and down when we were leaving was a nightmare we have 4 kids. Just an overall horrible experience

Check in they put me in a queen room. I paid extra for a king. When i booked they said breakfast was included. But front desk said only coffee take out 6-930. I call front desk when i found queeen bed in room. They said "expedia only booked you a queen" called Expedia and Yogosh finally got them to agree to move me to a king. But he said promised breakfast only being coffee was just hotel policy and he could do nothing. Very disappointed

Staff wasn’t too friendly, dislike the $100 deposit, rooms were old, light fixtures damaged and sheets smelled moldy.

Couldn’t check in slept on truck no refund front desk extremely rude no help
