I booked a paid reservation in advance, When I arrived I was placed on the back side of the hotel. I requested the front side where there is better lighting and less noise. However no changes were made. There were almost no cars on the front side parking lot, but i was told that all rooms all floors were full on the front side. Totally unacceptable!!

Awful smell a dog pee Smell dog pee awful the heater did not work call to the fringe desk never answer everything smell a dog pee the bed the pillows the carpet

Refrigerator scratched, rusted. Door lock impossible to open, even staff had trouble opening it for me 4 times

They had a lot of drama with staff and yelling at eachother including the manager disrespectful to guest and employees weekend staff stole the 100$ deposit and then he began to disrespect me in order to keep deposit once he knew I was leaving to airport I had to call the police they should be banned from taking cash altogether. they poorly clean rooms bathroom walls hair and soap scum drippings on walls bedding stained looks like old green gum dried and still made bed with liens towels not white floors will turn your feet bl... read more
