Terrible experiencia fatal! Hicimos una reservacion para una habitación doble, a la hora de llegar a recepción nos entregaron la llave de la habitación, una vez llegamos y abrimos la puerta vimos que el cuarto estaba completamente tirado, había una jaula de algun animal, olía a perro, la televisión estaba prendida y había una arrocera encendida. Too noisy, people drinking beer outside in the parking lot, slamming doors

Dirty room Room was still dirty

The rooms are not cleaned often, bed sheets and towels are very dingy in color. People smoking inside of the rooms. Place not very clean. Some staff very unfriendly.

Full of bugs, filthy room, running toilet, no hot water, room had bad odor, homeless people sleeping in stairwell.
