Dog poop everywhere. Booked a two bed, was given only one bed.

I had a confirmed reservation for this hotel. But I was turned away because they were overbooked. I waited on the phone for over an hour to get Expedia to relocate me. I had to take an additional Uber at my own expense to get to that hotel.

Very unhappy… Never again! They were having problems with their computers at check-in. There is trash everywhere here and they’re in the parking lot and the trash bins were overfilling in every area of the hotel. They need to hire a maintenance man. We ordered a two bedroom and a check in the lady gave us a one bed.Was told to come back in the morning to get a two bed. And had to wait till 5 PM to get that. Very unhappy with extended stay. They Never even asked to see how they can make it right. Never again!

I'm usually one to not complain about places, but this one was by far the most disappointing. The beds looked like someone had layed on them already and the sheets were all moved around. The bathroom was dirty and had lots of hair all over the tub. The water kept running because it wouldn't shut properly. You could hear everything from both rooms next to us and there was so much trash all over the floors outside, pretty much all around the hotel. Pretty much this room was very dirty.

Worst experience This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only didn’t my key work, but after going back to get another key, as soon as I open the door. I was upset and angry at what I saw, the room hadn’t been cleaned, bed was undone, tv was on, it smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was on the counter with the batteries off. The bathroom looked like someone had just taken a shower, and there was urine all over the toilet seat. When I went to let the girl at the lobby know, she was surprised it wasn’t clean... read more

There was trash everywhere, on the stairs, in the elevator, on the sidewalks. The room (213) and especially the bathroom were in poor and dirty condition.
