They didn't honor my reservation So I didn't stay there They said they give priority to walk ins

I had booked this room 2 WEEKS ago and when I arrived to check in, I was told they were completely booked. I didn’t receive any sort of notice of this and the receptionist didn’t seem to care that we had no where to stay and this was in the middle of the night. The receptionist just handed me a phone number she wrote down and told me to call it for my refund and there nothing she could do for us. Never booking through ANY third party again. Thanks for nothing Expedia.

The whole facility was filthy. From the parking lot to the hallways and the rooms. Broken glass and debris in the parking lot. Beer bottles and cigarette butts in the hallways. My room had literally hair balls on the floor and the bathroom was horrible. I don’t think they’ve ever mopped the floors. I had Q-tips behind the toilet and in the shower drain. Pay extra and stay somewhere else.

When i arrived, they said they were booked. I said i had a reservation and they didnt care.

The room was not cleaned, sheets were dirty and stained, asked for fresh sheets and they gave them to me to put on myself

No clean rooms even after reservations were made Bad. Made reservations only for them to tell me upon arrival that my room wasn’t available because the rooms were dirty. The housekeepers couldn’t get to them so they gave my room to someone else. No courtesy call or anything.

Don’t expect courtesy whatsoever In a nutshell I didn’t even get to stay in this hotel, I drove from California to El Paso. I was on my way to drop off my grandson’s car at his military base, unfortunately by the time I arrive at this place I was told the housekeepers didn’t show up to work and that my room was unavailable along With others that were turned away because the rooms were “dirty”.
