Got ripped off. False advertising or lousy hotel I booked and paid for a non-smoking King bed room for one night. When i get there the clerk gives me keys for a room with a queen sized bed and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to front desk where clerk said thats all they had. I showed her my email confirmation showing i paid for a king bed ( i am 6'6"). She said there was nothing she could do. I said then give me the price for the queen size bed because on hotels.com the queen bed was cheaper. She said there was no... read more

Canceled without informing me The staff at the counter said they cancelled all 3 rooms that I booked without even calling or emailing me. Left my family stranded after a busy, tiring day. So unprofessional. Not even apologetic.

I was not alllwed to check in because i have a temporary license from Oregon and have not received my hard copy due to covid. They kept my old CA license. The desk clerk was rude. I asked her to let me speak to yhe manager and insted she called the manager in front lf me and validated her rule! Where was tbis stipation when i booked? I had my 87 year old, handicapped mom with me after an 11 hour drive amd i had to find a new plave to stay. Heater did not work. No blankets on the bed. No coffee maker or coffee mugs.

The mattress was like stone. There was a funny smell in the hallways. The tv couldn’t be seen unless you sat straight up in bed. Even the pillows were hard.

Never again The smell in the lobby was horrible. It took 20 minutes of me standing by the front desk, to get help. I even called the hotel multiple times without an answer. When the front desk agent came, she was acting like she was bothered by me and my presence there. During the check in, the lady went upstairs to check the room. The elevator smelled like toilet bowl cleaner. The room smelled like cannabis. Please try and imagine how strong these smells were if I smelled them through my mask that covers my nose.

kinda sketch. this hotel did the job for a cheap price. but you get what you pay for. The hood fans over the stove are not vented out of the room, they just pull all the cooking heat etc and blow it right back into the room. As a result the hall ways smells like like cooking smoke. strange. the staff was nice though. also the cops were called on one of our neighbors across the hall in the middle of the night, idk why but it wasn't fun waking up to the commotion. yea its good for a budget but i doubt we'll be back.
