The room was dirty. The whole room and hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke and who knows what else. Would never stay there again. Phone didn’t work. Light didn’t work

Check in and out was great. When I got in the room the the people who stayed above me kept walking hecka hard on the floor I couldn’t relax or sleep I made a complaint and it still continued.

Whole place has cigarette smell. Burns in carpet. Furniture damaged, scratched etc...

The room was unclean, stains on the refrigerator, refrigerator was not clean, there was a dog urine smell in the room that was practically unbearable, oh and did i mention that the property has cockroaches? Yes! Little bugs in the rooms! The shower had soap build up from the previous people on the showerhead. Will NEVER stay here again

Worst hotel I’ve been in. It was horrible. Toilet wouldn’t flus was told by night time staff to plunge my own toilet. Totally unprofessional staff. Night clerk Kim was rude and racist. I’ll never visit ESA in Fairfield Ca. Again!

The room just wasn’t clean as it should be. The toilet wasn’t clean and the towels on the counter had hair on it. We were just staying one night and with rooms being scarce because of the fire we didn’t have anywhere else to go last min.
