TV not working for practically entire stay.

It was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve had to date and they clearly didn’t clean our room properly. There were screws, food, and other random items all over the floor. The counters were filthy and the entire reason I wanted to Istanbul in this hotel is because I prefer to cook and there were hardly any cooking supplies as promised. I had to go out and purchase many of my own things. I was highly disappointed but suffered through it.

Our room was very dirty and smelled really bad. When our toilet flooded, I kept calling for a plumber but nobody helped. I will not be staying with this property again.

What a dump/so much for sleeping in The filthiest hotel for over 100.00. I’ve never seen an this chain in this condition. I’ll never stay there again. And I don’t take pictures to put on line but I was so mad this time I did

First, the room had a odd smell. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Neighbors were loud at night, seems like there was kids pounding on the walls pretty hard . Also, what made it really bad, we spotted a roach in the bathroom

The worst service ever never again will i stay there

The bathroom had a broken toilet seat bathtub and counters gross stayned the carpet was so gross didnt want to let baby down beds not cumfy yes they did fix toilet the next day but staff was good rooms not

The hallways were dirty. Room had an awful smell to it

Room was dingy and furniture was old and unappealing. Room has a musty smell to it. The bathroom was large but outdated and shower head wand slid down and would not fave forward. Carpet was old and dirty. Lighting was poor.
