The first thing when we enter the room was the smell! Just awful. At first I thought someone smoked in it and then I realized the stove burners were burnt...it penetrated the entire room. The pillows were rock hard as well and the blankets were scarce.

Nasty Dirty room, bugs, fan didn’t work, bathroom floor was sticky

Smelled bad, dirty, and loud

My truck was broken into, and several thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen. I asked the front desk if they could patrol the parking lot, but indicated that was a management decision. The next night another truck was broken into and stole more tools. They need to take care of their customers!!

Paying a higher price elsewhere is worth it!! The room was dirty, smelled of smoke (even though it's a non- smoking hotel), we checked for bedbugs and didn't find any signs but the top sheets had black and orange stains on them. We tried to switch rooms, but there was none available. There was only one person manning the desk and they were also responsible for assisting with housekeeping duties. We needed up having to leave and purchase Lysol wipes spray and Fabreeze. We cleaned everything we needed to to stay the night. It ... read more

thumbs down Bed sheets and comforter was ripped and had holes. Couch was ripped up, few lamps weren’t working and room had a weird ordor.

Old and worn out. Many stains in bathroom tub and counters made it look dirty. No hair dryer, shampoo, lotion which is standard not in room. It is located next to busy freeway so I could hear traffic all night long. Granola bar and bad coffee are not a breakfast.

My windows appeared to have never been cleaned. My room was striped of everything I needed ! No iron, no pots, no plates, no cups no glasses. The TV was terrible... blurry! No TV guide The ac didn’t work for the first 6 hours Don’t think their style of hotel fits with mine! I would take me an hour to realize there was something else I needed which produced another trip to the front desk! The hotel was barely adequate ... the real problem is the business model! Don’t try and save money here!!
