The front desk clerk went above and beyond! He fulfilled my every need and did so with a smile & ease. He really made the stay perfect. Very professional and kind. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Not a family friendly place The staff were all amazing. Very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Our room was clean but the floor had not been washed. No ice machine which shocked me. It seems more like low income housing then any type of “hotel”.

Suites with hostel-style service We booked a room with a sofa bed but the sofa bed did not have sheets. We went to the lobby and they gave us a pile of sheets--it was DIY, youth-hostel-style. The bathroom had soap but no shampoo, though there was a sign saying we could get shampoo at the front desk. Front desk called us at 10PM, waking up my kid, for a weird + pointless courtesy call to ask if everything was OK.
