The fan to push air into the bedroom was not working. Bed was so uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience.

Generally good; however, there were signs posted that the water service was going to be out on Friday from 8am to 4pm. No specific reason for the outage. This was hard. I was planning to leave around 10am but I made sure I was out and on the road before 7am.

Nothing really stands out.
Have stayed ESA in many location, most of them are good but this one is very good. Clean and neat with fresh towels and amenities, quiet despite of close to busy streets, responsive staff. One small request is,,,avoid empty reception/front desk particularly general check-in hours. In any event, I could stay very comfortable.

Overall the room was decent. The only negative was the tub didn’t look very clean.
