Looks are deceiving the pictures that are on the website are nice inside the hotel is kind of dingy smelled of marijuana throughout the hallways. Never felt really safe but nothing happened just felt very uncomfortable there. Next time I'm in the area I will spend a little extra to stay somewhere different.
The staff was nice, the bed snd pillows were comfy enough and the shower had good pressure. There were used soda cans behind the furniture, which is why we clicked dirty, othrrwise it wasn't "dirty". It was annoying that they dont put basics like utensils and coffee maker in the room, you have to call down and request them.
Disappointing Front desk is not staffed, sign on window that says they are busy helping other guests but they are assigned other duties such as vacuuming the halls, etc three days I saw one time the desk was staffed. Also promotes full kitchen yet there are no dishes, glasses, silverware. Drawers are completely empty. There’s a sign that says call the front desk to have items delivered, I called and was told they are unable to deliver but I can pick them up in an hour? No coffee maker unless you go get one from the front des... read more
Had a bathroom leak for two weeks. Left with it still leaking and a flooded bathroom for the next lucky guest. Night manager was awesome and helpful. General manager was not.
