Twice l was provided with a room that had serious plumbing issues from.the moment we turned on the pipes. The drains and bathroom were clogged. That was very terrible The breakfast bar was monotonus and uninspiring

I didnt liked the property at all, i had requested a ground floor due to my pregnant wife. But they didnt had, we had to go down every time to ask for anything. And when we asked for sugar packet they replied they dont have. How a hotel will reply in this manner. Not worth paying that much for such. Bad hotel

Run down and seedy, old worn everything, stove inop, toilet plugged, bath fan cover off, ac not cold enough and my dog came home infested with fleas; which was costly to rectify

Nothing there were to like. The room was dirty, roach was all over, damp and weird smell.

One Rude front desk staff member The one girl at front desk is rude as hell. All the other ones are nice. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and swears she’s right, trying to get the last word and cutting people off like she’s in high school with no manners. She sounds extremely low and unprofessional. Don’t stoop to her level.. just ask for a manager. Her annoyed lookin, irritated ass, crunchy looking face will turn you off anyways.

1st night the carpet was wet and sticky went down stairs and the cahnged our room that was great no issue with customer service 2nd room and 2 night the room was fine however there was mot hot water to shower went down stairs spoke to a gental man he said the was no one to fix it that he would call and see if they can tell him how to fix it. no one called or came to the room, two days of cold shower. 5am on the last day the fire alarm was sounding so so loud, not sire what happened? at check out the lady was nice and geave u... read more

This proposal is located in a more urban location. As we drove onto the property, and immediately saw people hanging around outside. The entire appearance of this property made us uneasy, so we decided not to stay there. Even though we lost our money because we weren't able to cancel the room, we believed that feeling safe and being comfortable was more important.
