Places needs a deep clean. Cigarette butts on the ground, on the walk ways outside the room. Was suspose to be a smoke free property. not true. Walk ways and stairs need a real good pressure washing. Grimy. One day there were chicken wing bones on the walkways. Our room smelled of Cigarette smoke. Nasty. We checked in late like 10Pm. had reserved a Queen, but got double beds. Do not stay here The room was roach infested. The area is very shady and cops were around throughout the evening. Management was to give us a refund but yet to see that.

Horrible customer service No where on their site mentioned that they were only lodging essential workers only! The lady was extremely rude and wasn’t even at the desk upon arrival she refused to refund me and cancelled my stay.

Too many Cockroaches running around the rooms even after changing rooms I find myself being an exterminator
