Terrible

The hotel is older, we had dead cockroaches floating in thd toilet ar check in. The bed is advertised as Queen size, but its a double, so much smaller. There was hair in the refrigerator.

Nothing worked right. Shower drain wouldn't stay open, exaust fan was so noisy you couldn't hear any conversation, room phone had no cord to the receiver -it rang twice at 9pm for no reason. At 3 am someone teied to get in, luckily the safety latch stopped their entry.

Awful! Hotel room was very outdated and dirty. Room Smelled musty and was very outdated. People were loitering around hotel and did not feel safe. Front desk was nice and helpful. However, I would definitely not stay there again or recommend.

The convenience of be near the exit. The property sidewalk and doorway was dirty. The curtain in my room had a broken hook on one side. The towels looked a little dingy. And the room doesn't have enough outlets and needs lamps with USB plugs on them. Some of the guest are really loud and noisy eve after midnight.

The front desk person was nice but when I went to ask for something I had to wait for someone to come to the desk. Although my room was non smoking it smelled dirty and stale smoke smell came out of the AC. If it wasn’t so expensive (super bowl weekend) and I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone to another hotel.
