Worst hotel ever I booked, room Worst hotel ever I stayed for price of $200 per night it is terrible, lots of cockroaches in rooms and entire hotel smells very bad. Broken shower handle

They were not forthcoming with the description of the property. When I read the horrible reviews, I thought it was a joke. I had a crude awakening. They said they offer free breakfast and kitchen, which was why I choose the property, however, the breakfast was just coffee and oatmeal, which I skipped. The kitchen is a disaster- fridge, stove are rusted, air vent clogged with dirt, little cockroaches in the room. Cabinets broken. The list of unpleasant things about the hotel goes on. Do not stay here Drug dealers outside, roaches in my room, what looks like blood stain on the curtain. I slept with the lights on. That said, the staff was great, they called to check on me which I appreciate. A lot needs to be improved and happy to say that I'll never stay here again.

The furniture were old and beat up. It felt like crack head area.

I was not allowed to check in. I received a message saying that if I’m not essential due to the pandemic I could not stay

Terrible...terrible...want my money back! If it hadn't been so late we would have left for safer, cleaner, anything to get out of there! Wish I had slept in the car! We slept with our clothes on...shoes included along with lights on...yuk! I booked 2 rooms, 1 for us the other for my brother...hmmm, don't think he has forgiven me. Terrible! HOW DO WE GET A REFUND!

Room had cockroaches and the whole property was rundown.

Places needs a deep clean. Cigarette butts on the ground, on the walk ways outside the room. Was suspose to be a smoke free property. not true. Walk ways and stairs need a real good pressure washing. Grimy. One day there were chicken wing bones on the walkways. Our room smelled of Cigarette smoke. Nasty. We checked in late like 10Pm. had reserved a Queen, but got double beds.
