Refused to give me a room despite reservation Reservations were made online through Hotels.com for one night. The reservation included the fact that I would be arriving on a flight at Fort Lauderdale airport at 9:51 PM. When I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM, the clerk notified me that she could not check me in to my room due to errors with her computer equipment. Staffs were nice and that was good, however there were roahces in the room we stayed! Had to report to the lobby and they did try to help by moving into another room, however could not sleep at all because I felt afraid the whole time. Although I did get a refund for the day that was ruined, it was horrible experience which I would never want to experience ever again.

below my standards This place was below my standards -- the place was not in a good location with people loitering around. The sidewalks and carpet were too worn. Just not what I like in a place to stay

Very dirty. Dirty outside, dirty inside Needs urgent care and cleaning.

Filth Trap Paid $150 a night. Something needs to be done about this place. Really not clean and the majority of personnel could not care less about guest service. Dirty sheets, despite kitchen no plates or pans without special request, no chair to sit on, 2 roaches within 4 days, maid service not included and breakfast with coffee always empty and on the go with cereal bars. Don't go therr Don't go there. Even the toolet wasnt properly cleaned. Apparently no one cleans in the bowl. So gross
