First of it was very hard to tell who was hotel guests from just strays hanging around the property. All night there were noise making, doors slamming. One guy intentionally took something n ran it across the bars in the railings so the sound echoed the entire hotel🙄😒. Never will I ever stay at the cypress creek location again!

I loved the staff. They are fabulous with customer service. I just think a few things can be better. Like my carpet being cleaner and having the proper sheet's and blankets as well as a roach free room.

Fridge stoves wernt working..bathrooms had mild looking stuff in shower..carpet wasnt clean

Twice l was provided with a room that had serious plumbing issues from.the moment we turned on the pipes. The drains and bathroom were clogged. That was very terrible The breakfast bar was monotonus and uninspiring

I didnt liked the property at all, i had requested a ground floor due to my pregnant wife. But they didnt had, we had to go down every time to ask for anything. And when we asked for sugar packet they replied they dont have. How a hotel will reply in this manner. Not worth paying that much for such. Bad hotel

Run down and seedy, old worn everything, stove inop, toilet plugged, bath fan cover off, ac not cold enough and my dog came home infested with fleas; which was costly to rectify

Nothing there were to like. The room was dirty, roach was all over, damp and weird smell.
