One Rude front desk staff member The one girl at front desk is rude as hell. All the other ones are nice. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and swears she’s right, trying to get the last word and cutting people off like she’s in high school with no manners. She sounds extremely low and unprofessional. Don’t stoop to her level.. just ask for a manager. Her annoyed lookin, irritated ass, crunchy looking face will turn you off anyways.

This proposal is located in a more urban location. As we drove onto the property, and immediately saw people hanging around outside. The entire appearance of this property made us uneasy, so we decided not to stay there. Even though we lost our money because we weren't able to cancel the room, we believed that feeling safe and being comfortable was more important.

This property is in the middle of a ghetto. Many dope smokn individuals in th ehallways. Got to the room which was dirty, old, and a bag was wrapped around the smoke detector. Deskclerk related that was so the guests çould smoke pot. TV didnt work. No ice machine. Had to return to the front desk multiple time to exchange a remote for the TV. Disappointed I have stayed at different Extended Stay Hotels and this one hotel on Cypress Creek was the worst. There is mildew around the ring on the nozzles in the bathroom. Every one of these hotels that I have stayed at has blow driers but the handles are so dirty. The refrigerator was not working. The stove had one burner that was not working. I do not know why Expedia accepts to advertise this place. Since I am going to hotel it was the worst experience in my life. If you go there you will be disapointed. Period! For the same money go to Holyday Inn or Best Western, add 20 or 30 $ for an other hotel. I took 3 nights, at the front desk I cancelled 2 on tree nights without seeing the room.
