Very slow check in. Trouble arriving past 1 p.m. at night the reservation had turned to no show despite having called earlier to alert them of the late arrival. I was charged a higher rate than the one guaranteed with credit card due to late arrival etc.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was stale and old, and I didn't feel safe. For the price I was paying, not worth it. I asked for a well stocked kitchen and the staff had to bring me used pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils. It was all very shady.

Disappointed The hotel is located in a less desirable part of town. We arrived at 11:30 and the reception was closed and we had to use phone on side of building to establish communication to be buzzed in to check in. There was security roaming the parking lot at night. The room we were in (337) was outdated to say the least. The bed had hair of unknown origin and the blanket was frayed in the middle of the bed. taxa de 30 $ dolares injustificada foi bem desagradavel, primeira situacao , fiz uma encomenda e pedi para entregar no hotel, hotel sumiu com minha encomenda, segunda aluguei dois quartos e cobraram uma taxa no meu cartao de $30 dolares, reclamei por email pois queria saber do que era a taxa , mas nunca ninguem me respondeu, mandei email pra gerencia resolver meu problema com pacote que sumiu e tambem nao tive nenhum retorno

Needs a serious cleaning. Brown stained towels, with old hardened tooth paste and hair remained. Stained and worn carpet. Filthy dirty windows. Crumbs between sheet and mattress pad.

je ne conseille cette hotel pas vous n'êtes pas en sécurité en sortant de votre chambre à partir de 21h qui fume de la drogue il y a beaucoup de voyous dans les escaliers juste en sortant
