One of my worst hotel/motel experiences We arrived to an unfriendly front desk clerk. He seemed VERY uninterested in speaking with me at all. He provided NO information about the motel. The room had a kitchen, but NO utensils, plates, glasses, paper towels, not even an ice cube tray. The room had a bad odor. The toilet was backed up when we arrived. The fire alarm went off for almost two hours straight in the middle of the night.

Pesimo No me pude quedar porque al llegar me dijeron que tenía que esperar y dije que no...encima de eso cargaron a la tarjeta y no me quieren devolver el dinero. PESIMO

Update needed Noisey had to call front desk to complain about upstairs neighbors. Hotel needs to be updated. Felt really old and outdated

Loud The shower dripped continuously and the traffic on 95 could be heard all night long.

Old and worn Room was as clean as it could get for the conditions of the room. Funiture was worn and pealing, kitchen was missing the Formica band around the counter top and the pressed board counter was molding around the kitchen sink area. Also table in room had paint (looked like nail polish) all over the top, paint around shower has huge water bubbles. I’m sure there’s a lot of mold behind that. Personnel à la réception très désagréable. Manque totale de professionnalisme. Des clients louches dans le stationnement. Nous avons eu peur pour notre véhicule. Le son de l'autoroute est très fort même à l'intérieur de la chambre
