It sucks I had to give them a 100 deposit when I stayed at the same hotel but different location and never had to pay a deposit

Bedbugs in Room This hotel had bedbugs. Walking past some rooms that smelled of marijuana. Remote had no batteries and under sink had dirty towels.

Wouldn’t Stay Here Again So I checked in got to the room relaxed for a bit. While laying on the bed the doors opens! A young lady said she was checking to see if the room was rented... I was in DISBELIEF! How about communicating with the front desk??? So you just walk into a room to check for That, seriously! The. Ok so upon checking in I ask the young lady at the counter what time is check out. She says it’s “starts” at 11am. Not for Me I stayed for one night at this Hotel and was not very amazed. The hotel was listed with free wifi and free breakfast. Unfortunately, I got neither one. Description stated that the reception is open 24 hours. Unfortunately, at 11 PM, the reception was closed. I could not even check out as I had to leave before the reception opened. The neighborhood looked a bit scary as I arrived late at night, and the hotel is close to the main road and a major highway (I95) so it was noisy. I believe it's a Public Assistance hotel,the smell was bad

Cockroaches, broken stuff and low grade items... Not the best hotel. The hotel is built on an area with flooding, which we experienced in the morning. Cockroaches were invading the room we stayed in, we had to get new bed sheets since we found a cockroach leg on the bed, and the rest of the cockroach on the ground trying to escape under the bed. The shower was leaking when we attempted to shower in that motel. There was a stove, but the pots, pans and plates looked like donation quality. There was a broken clock to top it al... read more

My 1 night in this hotel was enough to make me not ever use this chain ever again. I got no sleep!
