Most that stay here are homeless. My neighbor screamed at his wife the entire time. People that couldn't afford the night sleep outside until they can afford a room again. Ghetto children screaming and running around. Florida is so expensive that the poor and disadvantaged are forced to live in places like this. There are 3 ESA hotels within a mile of each other all exploiting people that are down on their luck. The sink in kitchen was broke so we had to do our dishes in bathtub. The staff was aware of the issue however no one bothered to fix it. The laundry room was disgusting and all machines were out of order except one washing machine. I already put my money into the washing machine and did not notice dryers were out of order. The front desk refused to refund my money. I called corporate office twice about issues and they refused any kind of assistance. I even asked to move to a different location they refused. The room had stains on the carpet that were frayed and were disgusting. It stank of cigarettes, the bathroom had paint stains everywhere, I didn't know if it was paint or another mysterious fluid. I fought with a cockroach that came out of the ceiling while I was taking a shower, I suffocated it with water from the shower until it went down the drain.
