1st room they put me in was filthy. Everything in the room, countertops, night stands, tables, bathroom, floors were nasty.A/C didnt work but the heater was on so it was warm in the room so i had to open the windows to cool it off just to listen to the freeway. Fridge didnt work and when i opened it it smelled horrible. No blankets on the bed, just a the sheets. The lobby was filty. They first gave us room 301, I walked in and all off the kick plate was falling off the wall. The stove had rice stuck to the burner. The kitchen counter has rice and spaghetti on it. The floors were dirty. I went back down to the checkin counter, they gave me room 305. The kick plates were falling off the wall. The bathroom sink drain was dirty, the ledge of the sink counter was dirty. Shower heads water leak, bathtub edge leak, poor reception service, breakfast just granola bars and small muffins, supposedly available pre-packaged oatmeal was "ran out".

All rooms were filthy. Food from last person still in the refrigerator. Floors were not swept or mopped. Batheroom was filthy and didnt have any toilet paper. We wee told to remove our own trash. When we went to the trash room it was full and smelled like it hadnt been emptied in a week. We took the stairs and it smelled so bad of old trash. The continental breakfast was coffee and expired granola bars. This is a horrible place to stay, would not recommend this extended stay location.

I’ve never experienced an overnight stay as bad as this. The smell inside of the hotel was nauseating and unbearable. The room was extremely dirty, bathroom and kitchenette was disgustingly filthy. Overall, was highly concerned with the cleanliness or the lack there of, so I decided to check out early.
