AVOID THIS HOTEL DO NOT BOOK HERE DIRTY & run poor Well....the first room i was given, when i opened the door there was someone sleeping in it and there were personal items on the counter. I was then placed into an "out of order" room that was just being renovated. It smelled or fresh adgeasive from the new shower. Room was filthy. There was food in the cabinets. My room was dirty. The trash can had not been emptied after the last guest, and it was full of food waste. Molding was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and main room, and the beds, which were up on risers, had dust and debris under them. The "free breakfast" was coffee, packaged muffins, and Nutri-Grain bars. I would not stay here again.

There is only one person on duty at a time, the room was awful, wasn’t even swept or mopped. Counters and fridge were sticky. We had asked for clean towels after day 3 and was told that they had to wait to wash dirty ones until they had a whole load. The bathroom had several different types of hair everywhere. Thankfully they had Walmart delivery for cleaning supplies. The “breakfast” consisted of a few packets of oatmeal, and some nutrigrain bars. Was given a room with no heat (20 degrees outside) went back to desk and was informed they were overbooked & couldnt give me a room, although it had been paid for for two months !! It was then told to go somewhere else what a joke , worst place ever & i even lost my expedia dollars i used , they claimed to refund me my money but wold not give me a reciept how does that work ? Its illegal to defraud a innkeeper , but what about me ???

Worst experience with a hotel in Fort Wayne The hotel was very dirty and smelled, there were no cups for coffee, and staff was rude and dismissive - I had to interact with them multiple times because my key card wouldn’t work every other time I returned to the hotel. The faucet in the bathtub leaks and had water dripping the entire time I stayed and I had to clean hair out of the shower before I could use it. Room was extremely dirty with dirt, trash and food under the bed. Microwave had rotten food and filth all over. The dresser in the room literally fell apart. Dogs barking and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways. Sheets were itchy and smelled of old cigarettes. Overall just a nasty hotel throughout.
