Dog hair was everywhere which means that the room was not swept or mopped, had an allergic reaction

I checked in after a grueling day in the heat, I was standing at the counter and instead of the receptionist coming to me, she tapped the counter and said down here. Got to the room, the floor molding was coming off the wall, it was 90 degrees outside, the curtains were open, sun shining in heating the room and the air off. The iron didn't work, and after walking around bare foot my feet were black. The bed was fine, bathroom ok, you had to send down for whatever you wanted in the kitchen area, they didn't even provide a cof... read more

Bad room - horrible breakfast! The bed was the only good thing about our stay! I must say that it was very comfortable. However, sink was stained, fridge was stained, tub was very slippery, water in shower leaked, no small bottles of shampoo/conditioners etc. as advertised, missing pillow, no kitchen accessories etc. Free breakfast? Horrible small pre-packaged muffin and coffee. No fruit, no breakfast bars, bagels, etc. Nothing else.

Not happy with hotel. Reservation made early for accessible room and put somewhere else instead after everything was confirmed weeks prior
