Bad room - horrible breakfast! The bed was the only good thing about our stay! I must say that it was very comfortable. However, sink was stained, fridge was stained, tub was very slippery, water in shower leaked, no small bottles of shampoo/conditioners etc. as advertised, missing pillow, no kitchen accessories etc. Free breakfast? Horrible small pre-packaged muffin and coffee. No fruit, no breakfast bars, bagels, etc. Nothing else.

Not happy with hotel. Reservation made early for accessible room and put somewhere else instead after everything was confirmed weeks prior

Thumbs down from me The first room had a wash cloth over the shower curtain rod and the bathroom sink and microwave were dirty. The second room had a person and a dog in it. I think a squatter. The third room was ok. The breakfast was just breakfast bars and cellophane wrapped muffins. Thumbs down from me.

I didn't like that the ac and frig wasn't working properly in my room. They couldn't fix it as it was a Sun and they had no other room open for me and I had already pd. I'm waiting for my money returned to me.

My check-in was delayed by an hour, the room was not cleaned properly. Filthy microwave, the AC did not work, the tub faucet was leaking and the room stunk from pot smoke.
