My check-in was delayed by an hour, the room was not cleaned properly. Filthy microwave, the AC did not work, the tub faucet was leaking and the room stunk from pot smoke.

Coffee was totally undrinkable. Staff were unresponsive. TV was very small compared to size of room and was close to impossible to navigate with the remote. Found screws under our car in the parking lot.

Failure on 3 levels Hotels.com took my money but I was not allowed to stay in the room I paid for due to a glitch in technology regarding check in times at the Extended Stay America. We like that it was close the the airport. The morning desk lady was very nice. Things that we did not like: Someone had been in our room previously and sat on the bed and used the toilet. There was not any shampoo for us to use and 1 small bar of soap. There were only 2 washcloths and 2 towels for 4 people. There were not any cups and no ice available. The evening lady seemed annoyed, but she did help clean the toilet.

Great 1/2-hour check-in experience! sigh to pay at the hotel, but they would not allow me to pay at the hotel - then charged a $100 additional fee since I was booking a room for a potential employee we flew in for an interview because we are a Fort Wayne-based company. I eventually got to pay for the hotel after an embarrassing exchange at the front desk, and who knows if the hundred dollars will come of my card.
