Horrible hotel! It was terrible. First it says free breakfast, they packs of oatmeal, coffee or tea only. Second I asked for clean towels, made go upstairs and bring them the dirty ones. Then tell they didn't have any clean ones yet. Had to wait until the night to get some clean ones.

I reserved and paid for two king rooms… one was a pull out couch with bar in middle that kept me awake all night… other room was a double bed… no ice and breakfast was tiny granola bars

We paid for a king and got a queen. We were told that it was a result of overbooking but there was nothing that could be done about it and a partial refund was not an option.

Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The stove top smoked. Front desk came and confirmed the problem and then walked away making excuses.
