We paid for a king and got a queen. We were told that it was a result of overbooking but there was nothing that could be done about it and a partial refund was not an option.

Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The stove top smoked. Front desk came and confirmed the problem and then walked away making excuses.

Room was dirty no ice machine hallway smelled like pot

It’s a brothel do not stay here

We needed a good night of sleep before an early departure. A party was going on in the rear parking lot with bass so loud our room was shaking. I asked the front desk at 10 pm for help and she said don't worry it will stop by 11. It was still going at midnight.

Hotel staff checked me into the room before I even arrived and charged me. Booked a double room and was given a single due to be being checked in without being present. Was told they did not have sheets or blankets and the room and bed were soiled on arrival. Unpleasant staff and unwillingness to resolve issues for guest. Truly disappointing experience!

Will not stay again The furnishings were minimal at best and several dirty items were left in the room, towels, used Kleenex, used bar of soap....
