We needed a good night of sleep before an early departure. A party was going on in the rear parking lot with bass so loud our room was shaking. I asked the front desk at 10 pm for help and she said don't worry it will stop by 11. It was still going at midnight.

Hotel staff checked me into the room before I even arrived and charged me. Booked a double room and was given a single due to be being checked in without being present. Was told they did not have sheets or blankets and the room and bed were soiled on arrival. Unpleasant staff and unwillingness to resolve issues for guest. Truly disappointing experience!

Will not stay again The furnishings were minimal at best and several dirty items were left in the room, towels, used Kleenex, used bar of soap....

We called and told them that we were going to be a late check-in. When we arrived they had given our room away.

The front desk lady was very professional and nice,but i had been on the road for two days and get to the hotel police all in the hallway dealing with individual get to my room to settle down and take a shower and the shower is broken and dripping all night long this is suppose to be a major hotel corporation its unacceptable for $100.00 dollars a night Motel 6 maintenance is taken care of

There was a stench to this air and also, the room was clearly not wiped down.
