The tv didn’t work, it smelled like cigarettes, the tub had water in it when we got there and the toilet didn’t flush. We notified the front desk and nothing was done to accommodate us whatsoever. We left and stayed at a different hotel, couldn’t even make it one night.

It has a run-down vibe. Refrigerator does not cool, toilet runs, etc. I was taken back at how unequipped it felt upon arrival and did not know there were dish/utensils packages until I turned on the TV. The shampoo bottle left with the soap was used and mostly empty.

I don’t normally write reviews but for the love of god visit the room before you pay. Sadly this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. And I’ve camped a lot in my car and the bush happily with dirt etc. But I actually cried I was so uncomfortable when I got to the room. Because I was too scared to go to my car to leave at night. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. However, there was no coffee pot available for the room. There was no blanket available. The slogan is if you need anything just ask. thr answer is no but you can ask. When we went for breakfast in the morning there was no coffee available. And the selection was very limited. they did have oatmeal but no bowls to fix it in.

Do NOT stay here! Nasty, completely NASTY carpet! Who the Heck has carpet these days in a public bedroom???!! Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Shelving broken. No ice bucket or cups, no coffee maker. Cleanest part was the bathroom and the refrigerator. No hot water in bathroom sink. When someone thinks "bed bugs" this would be the place! You get what you pay for… The room smelled like cigarettes. We had a full size bed. There were stains on the bed box. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. We tried to get coffee two different times from the “free breakfast” and they kept saying 20 more minutes. The front desk staff was nice.
