They never have clean towels, or sheets, the staff is great but the higher ups are not giving proper funding or assistance, they want to raise rates but rooms have missing appliances and there are no We Queen beds like it says online, only full size, very mis-leading, but the staff is amazing and the manager Rachel is very helpful in every way

The property describes a kitchen but in reality had a two burner electric top, The staff were friendly. They had no possibility of helping us when the property didn't have pots pans extra room keys or towels! We had to purchase pans utensils cutlery plates .. ugh

First thing we noticed in our room was the smell of cigarettes. It is a non-smoker room and now even our clothes smell like cigarette smoke. Also, there was a pile of rags by the door (don't know if they were clean or dirty, but one is to assume that they were dirty since they weren't folded or anything, just seem to have been thrown there).
