Front desk staff Andrea and Evette were friendly and helpful! Outside lighting is very dim. Room 225 was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, bath fan didn't work, no bath towels, and got bit by bed bugs! I showed them the bites. They moved into room 111; it was cleaner and smelled better. Manager not available; waiting to hear from Extended Stay America.

Dimly lit property, strong cigarette smell, dirty floors, bathroom fan and light not working, and BEDBUGS. I was given a new room the 3rd / last night, but already had 18 bites. On the bright side, the two clerks Andrea and Evette were very friendly and helpful!

First off the property put me in a room that had strong odor of smoke..Then as soon as I get into the room I see a unrecognizable bug..due to no more vacancies I had to deal with it. Here it is a hour later I see a bug that's twice it's size and I notice this one..A ROACH!!..

I booked a Non smoking room..the room smell like smoke it had cigarette burns all over the zinc in the restroom..the smell was stronger there..Toilet tank didn’t work properly took forever to refill after each use…and there was NO HOT WATER! Had to shower with cold water in a 40 degrees weather!!!

I booked & paid for my two night stay on Oct. 2nd, 2024. The dates I paid & reserved were Nov. 15-17. I booked with this location because they offer 24 hour check in, which is perfect for me because I drove in from out of town. Their website offers you to select your arrival time or list that you're unsure of when you'd arrive; I listed unsure, as drive time is unpredictable. Cold showers There was no hot water in the shower the entire time. I’ve had better showers at parks

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not clean. Tv was broken. Telephone was not wired, just sitting on nightstand. One pillow. Checked out immediately. But, cheap and a convenient location to Tcu and shopping.
