The staff was fantastic- very friendly and responsive! However, while this hotel was affordable and in a great location near shopping, dining, TCU and the zoo, we were very disappointed in the 2 rooms we rented for TCU graduation weekend. The rooms smelled horribly of cleaning solution, and later smelled of urine (after the cleaning product smell went away). Room was not what was reserved. Reserved on-line queen bed and sofa pull-out. Room did not even have room for a sofa, so only one bed was in room. Lamp bulb was out, food particles (noodles) were in kitchen sink, debris on floor and bathtub/bathroom sink looked dirty (visible dark brown particles/debris).

DONT STAY HERE! BLOOD ON THE WALLS! We did a late check in and we only dropped off our stuff so we could get to the gymnastics event we came for. When we got to the room at 11pm the room smelled like smoke even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. There was blood stains on the floor and wall in the bayhroom. This place needs to be closed down. It should never be on any site suggestion either. Beyond disturbing as the manager kept assigning other guests rooms with people in them. We waited at check in for TWO hours and never got a room. This was at midnight. We ended up canceling the hotel after the two hours.

Hands down the worst Extended Stay property I've ever stayed in! They actually gave me a room that they didn't even clean yet: floors were sticky, left over food in the refrigerator, left over trash in the garbage can, toilet not flushed from previous usage, and left over clothing from the previous guest. Dirty property, shady characters around and poorly numbered rooms (not easy to see from the car and odd pattern for even odd rooms) staff was slow with check in and not helpful on room location

Got there and was told my room would take about 40 minutes to clean, 5 minutes later they told me it was ready. Went in and the “non-smoking” property REEKED of cigarettes and there was piss and pubes all over the toilet seat and under the lid.
