Poor Service I asked the staff to give me room service since I’ve been here over a week. Evette told me, since i booked through hotel.com i get what i paid for: i told her i already pulled the sheets off the bed and the towels. All they would have to do is change my sheets and give me new towels. I was gone for a whole day: and i came back to dirty towels still on my bathroom floor: my trash never got pulled still full: the sheets they put on my bed was the same sheets that i pulled off the bed. I like the area it's in, but some of the staff is rude and they have amenities online that they don't even have like kitchen accessories to cook and the rooms smell of smoke even tho it's supposedly a non- smoking room! Priced way to high for what u get...

Bad Dead bugs on mattress, dirty,front desk was very nice and helpful

Room was run down, smelled bad and was not clean.

MY BED WAS NOT FULLY MADE THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS NOT POLITE. I TRIED GETTING BED SHEETS AND TOWELSS BUT NOTHING.

Check in was available starting by at 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and no rooms were ready. There were 2 others in front of us waiting for rooms to be cleaned as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic though. Our room was in building 2 and when we pulled up, there were belongings stacked over in one of the parking spots.

The service is not too friendly . The cleaniness not so great got to my room and the bed was not made...

Read before you book. Andrea the staff is not customer service friendly, she has been the only staff here that has given me issues regarding my keys. I kept having to get my keys fix. Just an inconvenience. Then when i asked for towel. She did not want to provide me towels. Told me there was no clean towels on the property which i fine very insane. After that. She called a housekeeper to come “check” me very unprofessional. I had to scream in order to get some towels. Overall. The staff here is horrible. Nothing works correc... read more
