The Ghetto Not at all what I expected. Absolutely no amenities. Front desk people were unfriendly and one didnt speak English and just pointed at the phone numbers. Never could get connected to the wifi, they spelled my name wrong inthe system. A 25 minute call to the tech, in another state didn't help because she could never get the desk staff to answer the phone!

Mal servicio, cada wue salia me tenian wue programar la llave de nuevo, en la tarde se desaparecia la empleada del front desk y batalle para entrar a mi cuarto, esta publicado como desayuno incluido pero solo sirven cafe. No todo es malo de esta propiedad, la cama muy comoda, agua caliente y esta muy cerca del centro.

Check in time 3pm No room ready until 5:15pm. Shower did not work. Staff attitude was take it or leave it.

You need to go over the rules with extended stay. They said a reservation is not a reservation. That they don’t hold rooms that I purchased. Where I am from when you pay a room for a specific date means that I will have a room waiting for me. Called Expedia and didn’t solve a place to stay. I had to do call a hotel and away from the event and city I was attending. Worse experience ever!!

Our room smelled horribly of smoke. Odd considering is was a non smoking room. Did not stay on the property.

Non service This stay was related to a medical procedure which I couldn’t drive home from. My appointment was at 3:00 which was a ninety minute drive from home. I received a call from the hotel at 9:11 AM that they had overbooked and was canceling my reservation. So I was left with very little time to find another solution. I won’t use or recommend this hotel ever. 😡

I slept only three hours in the whole night and I left in the morning with a headache , the smoke smell it comes out of the bed. While I’m trying to sleep every time I moved I feel that smoke smell it comes out of the bed , I believe this room it used to be a smoker room and they change it for nonsmoking, but they don’t change the bed.
