Horrible experience Dirty room and bathroom the front desk lady was incompetent and I loose my money never used that hotel and hotel.com app horrible experience.

I couldn't even check in early because the system the lady showed me said that it was still Mar 4 even though it was Mar 5 at Midnight, since that's when I arrived. I chose to come in at that time because the lady said that they were open for 24 hours and she said it was ok to come in at that time. The check in time may have been at 3 PM, but I was going on the fact that the lady said I could come in.

Could’ve been better There was roaches in the room the only reason I gave it such a low rating and my cards kept deactivating so I had to keep getting new ones. Other than that it was so bad.

They were overbooked so they had to relocate us took over an hour to do

The location met expectations. The property itself, was average, there was trash piled up all over the property with trash cans overflowing and full trash bags under the stairwells. No coffee maker in room, no hangers in room, no soap in room, and BONUS the complimentary Breakfast Bag the next morning... none.
